Finding movements that make you feel confident, strong and on your “own two feet”. This workshop is perfect for couples looking to explore their communication skills.

Walking is much more than controlled falling. Our spine is an instrument of health and we need to transport it safely from step to step, from movement to movement. This workshop will explore how we transfer out weight, the role of our feet and hips and the posture that maximizes elegance and health. Elegance is the bonus side effect.

This workshop explores how the stories that we use to define our selves and affects how we move through life. Changing the way we walk, move and interact physically with the world around us can change how we view our world, for positive effects.
